Wüsthof 9 Inch Sharpening Steel, Black/Silver

Description

• Resharpen your favourite knives: even high-quality knives lose sharpness – this is normal as the blade (edge) bends due to use. The Wüsthof sharpening rod readjusts it (without material removal) – for a fresh, sharp knife
• The sharpening rod for knives is ideal as a knife sharpener for resharpening to effectively grind blunt knives. For particularly dull blades, we recommend a ceramic rod or diamond sharpening rod that remove material when sharpening knives
• PRECISE HANDLING – The non-slip handle with finger guard gives you a firm grip on the knife sharpener. The rod length (23 cm) of the knife sharpener should be at least as long as the blade of the knife
• Knife grinding rods for knife sharpening are available in many designs. Further sharpening equipment (sharpening rod, grinder, whetstone), products for knife storage (knife block, blade guard) and professional chef's knives can be found in the Wüsthof range
• Wüsthof For over 200 years, we have been producing professional chef's knives and kitchen tools for the private household and professional kitchens in Solingen. Wüsthof stands for cutting – for the moment when the knife glides effortlessly through fresh food
