Description

• BBQ GRIDDLE PLATE – Our BBQ griddle plate gives you ridged grilling on one side and flat cooking on the other, so you can make steaks, vegetables, eggs, pancakes, bacon and flatbreads without switching between different pans.
• DOUBLE SIDED GRIDDLE PAN – Reversible griddle pan helps solve the problem of limited hob space by giving you one wide tray for breakfast, BBQ-style dinners, weekend cooking, family meals and outdoor food prep.
• CAST IRON HEAT RETENTION – The cast iron griddle plate holds heat well across the cooking surface, helping food cook with better contact, stronger searing and more even results on meat, vegetables, burgers and breakfast foods.
• INTEGRATED HANDLES AND DRIP TRAYS – The grill plate includes built-in side handles for easier lifting and oil drip trays to help move excess oil away from the main cooking area during grilling or searing.
• LARGE GAS HOB GRIDDLE – The gas hob measures 51cm (L) x 24cm (W), giving more room than a standard frying pan for oven use, garden BBQs, open fire cooking, camping trips and busy home kitchens.
