- Anti-stick: the pan develops a natural anti-stick, after gradual curing. The more you use it, the less the pan attachs.
- All cookers: The Carbon Plus De Buyer range requires cooking from the first use. It is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction.
- MAINTENANCE: Deglaze and rinse with hot water, dry and then lightly oil the pan before storing in a dry place. It is important not to use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
