- Physically non-stick, no coating, no painting, only iron. The hammered high density surface conducts heat faster and evenly, absorbs less oil, and generates less smoke. It is simply healthy.
- After going through thousands of times of experiments, we found the classic concaveness, not too shallow, not too deep, just right for heat conductivity, and best shape for stir frying.
- Please season the wok before use. The process of seasoning helps make the wok non-stick. If you think your wok isn't nonstick enough or gets rusted, season it again as necessary. With proper care, this wok can be passed for generations.
