Obento Sushi Bamboo Mat

• Obento bamboo mat for sushi
• For preparing Nori rolls
• Contents: 1 piece (approx. 22 x 24 cm)
• 1) Place Obento Nori sheet on the bamboo mat with shiny side.
• 2) Place freshly cooked sushi rice evenly and thinly on the nori sheet.
• 3) Place vegetables, fish or other ingredients one side in a line.
• 4) Roll up tightly from one side.
• 5) Roll in approx. Cut slices 1-2 cm thick (tip: use sharp and moistened knife!)
• Place baking paper or foil between bamboo mat and nori sheet to use the bamboo mat multiple times.
