• SWEET NUTS – Knead sugar with butter, adding flour, eggs and flavourings. Turn on the nut machine, heat it up and brush the molds with butter. Put 5/6g dough into the molds and wait for 3-4 minutes to bake. Let the nuts cool down, fill them with cream, roasted peanuts or anything else. Finally, join the two parts together to form the nuts.
• SALTED NUTS – Ingredients 225 g. Flour 00, 125 g. Cold Butter, 25g grated Parmesan cheese, 1 medium egg, a pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Knead the ingredients and leave to rest in the fridge. Shape balls and insert into the nut machine. Mix the ingredients with the help of an immersion blender, until you get a smooth cream. Fill the nut shells and serve
