• ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES – It is recommended to use your templates to cut dry biscuits (shortbread or sweet dough) or soft (sponge cake, dacquoise, joconde biscuit…). Be sure to keep your biscuit thin enough so it doesn't crush your cream. In order to fill your cake, you will have to choose a pastry cream with good support: mascarpone cream, diplomat cream, muslin cream, mounted ganache… and put it in the piping bag. Then add decorations, such as flowers, fruits, candy, macaroons or small cookies!
