Its controlled and safe manufacturing process results in a multi-layer non-stick reinforced with a unique blend of titanium particles that offers excellent scratch and abrasion resistance. Ideal for everyday and intensive use.
• HEALTHY COOKING PFOA FREE: Titanium present in the non-stick coating of our pans is not altered by subjecting them to high temperatures: It is free of PFOA, does not release toxic substances or alter the taste of food. It allows cooking with a minimum amount of oil or fat without food sticking to the piece and promotes healthier and less caloric cooking.
• INDUCTION: Its multi-layer Full Induction bottom makes it heat quickly and distributes heat evenly which facilitates efficient and perfect cooking even at medium potencies. Reduces overall cooking time so you save energy and money.
• Suitable for all types of cookers: The pans can be used on all types of cookers: ceramic, electric, gas and induction cookers. They are also oven safe at maximum temperature of 230°C, please note that in this case the handle will transmit heat so it will be necessary to use mitt or cloth to protect your hand when handling the pan. We recommend using only nylon or wood attachments so as not to damage the non-stick coating. They are dishwasher safe although hand washing with liquid detergent and sponge is recommended to maintain their qualities longer.
